Rocky Top Catering Announces the Fifth Annual Cooking for the Kids

Rocky Top Catering announces the fifth annual Cooking for the Kids, formerly Cooking for a Classic. This cooking competition brings together eight of the Triangle’s premier chefs. All proceeds from Cooking for the Kids benefit Overflowing Hands, a volunteer-led organization serving the most vulnerable children in our neighborhoods, fighting food insecurity and providing clothing, shelter and healthcare. Cooking for the Kids takes place at 1705 East located at 1705 E. Millbrook Road, Raleigh N.C.

Each extraordinary evening of Cooking for the Kids brings together two talented chefs, six delectable courses, and food lovers. A cash bar featuring beer, wine, and cocktails will be available for guests to enjoy. Competing chefs are required to prepare an appetizer, main course, and a dessert each evening using secret ingredients. Guests and culinary judges will vote to decide which chef advances into the next round.
